We do not have any specific policy for groups renting the lodge at this time.
Groups may establish their own requirements, such as requiring participants to be vaccinated, boosted, tested and masked indoors. Groups should consider this when making reservations.

Do understand that we will not issue deposit refunds for COVID related cancellations even if the COVID situation deteriorates unless we are able to refill your space. The exception would be if a government order or guidance directive requires us to close, you would be entitled to a refund. Service fees would be waived if we are able to reschedule to a mutually agreeable future date..
