Update as of 1/29/2022

Availablility - see below

Guest Lodge

We will only be renting to single groups that reserve as a unit.  We will follow state and local guidance. Groups will be able to determine their own protocols for managing Covid risk in addition to this guidance if they so desire (e.g. indoor masking, testing before coming, etc.).

If we will be cooking meals, we will require that everyone at the lodge is fully vaccinated, boosted and tested.

We understand that what this means may change. For now, it essentially means if you are eligible to be vaccinated and boosted, we will require it. It will be your responsibility to find a way to be tested at an optimal time to assure you and memebers of your party are COVID free to the extent possible.

Farmhouse.

For the time being, we won't be renting the rooms in the farmhouse except to groups that are also renting the lodge.  We may go back to our old way of doing things if the COVID situation improves. Please see the notes below about pricing and consider whether you'd like to rent it as well to guarantee that we will not take others. We are still considering whether we will use the downstairs room as a warming space for day skiers or a rental area.

Barn.

The barn will not be open and heated this winter without special reservations.  It will be available for rent to lodge guests or independent groups as a private indoor space. See pricing information below.

Trails.

The trails are in great shape. Extra time during the pandemic allowed us to build some new trails for mountain biking and snowshoeing. Most bridges were repaired and signage was replaced.

Grooming.

We are not going to fight nature as much.  When the snow is soft, we will groom for classic xc skiing and snowshoeing.  When it is hard, we will groom, as needed, for winter biking and hiking. We will continue to post conditions daily.
